Multimedia Faculty

We are looking for an experienced Multimedia Faculty who has previously worked in a training institute and has hands-on expertise in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with strong teaching skills and the ability to mentor students to become industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical sessions on Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
• Train students on key software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard applications.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and project work to build student portfolios.
• Inspire and mentor students to develop their creativity, design sense, and technical skills.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the multimedia industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and student competitions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5* years of teaching experience in a reputed multimedia or design training institute*.
• Strong portfolio in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Based in Kolkata or open to relocating.

Preferred Background:

• Candidates who have worked with reputed training institutes will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to real-world projects in advertising, production houses, or creative agencies is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
