Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing & Demand Generation Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive focused on performance marketing and demand generation to drive growth and increase sales demos for our innovative B2B SaaS product. You will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels, optimize performance, and play a pivotal role in lead generation and conversion. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels. Implement demand generation strategies aimed at increasing qualified leads and securing sales demos. Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize based on insights, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI). Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Develop targeted landing pages and messaging tailored to different customer segments. Manage budgets efficiently to achieve campaign KPIs. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-4 years experience in performance marketing and demand generation, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of successfully running digital campaigns that drive lead generation and demo bookings. Proficiency in using performance marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and optimization. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. What You’ll Do ● Edit short-form videos (15s to 90s) optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn posts ● Add dynamic text, captions, hooks, transitions, and sound effects to boost engagement ● Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, podcasts) into engaging clips ● Apply current social media trends to editing style and storytelling ● Work closely with our creative team to maintain visual consistency and brand tone ● Export in multiple aspect ratios as needed (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) ⸻ What We’re Looking For ● Experience editing short-form video content for social media ● Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar ● A strong sense of pacing, audio syncing, and storytelling for digital viewers ● Eye for design and attention to detail ● A passion for creating content that people watch and share ● Bonus if you know basic motion graphics or design tools ● A portfolio or showreel is a must
