Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our entire digital marketing strategy. This is a "do-it-all" role perfect for a proactive individual who thrives on managing multiple facets of marketing. You will be the central point for all our digital initiatives, from social media and paid advertising to e-commerce management and content creation. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Community Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with our brand voice. Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand. Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize for key metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and targeting to improve results. Content & Creative Coordination: Oversee the creation of all digital assets, including graphics, photos, videos, and presentations. Write clear creative briefs and effectively coordinate with freelance designers, videographers, or agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand output. E-commerce Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website (e.g., on Shopify, WooCommerce). Update product listings, manage promotions, and ensure website content is current and accurate. Monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for improving user experience (UX) and conversion rates. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations: Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand partners. Manage influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to campaign execution and reporting. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 2-7 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role. Technical Skills: A basic understanding of designing is required. Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns is desirable. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Experience with an e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is desirable. Strong understanding of Google Analytics and ability to derive actionable insights from data. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with external partners. A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
