Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes animation, visual storytelling, and modern design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics for social media, digital ads, reels, presentations, and brand videos.
• Design and animate explainer videos, logo animations, and transitions.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers to deliver on-brand visuals.
• Work with storyboards and scripts to bring static ideas to life.
• Adapt and repurpose motion content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Stay updated with current trends in animation, design, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure all animations are delivered on time with high quality and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics or animation (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

(Bonus: Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools).

• Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and rhythm.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong motion work and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic sound design and audio syncing.
• Experience creating social media reel animations.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing content formats.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
