We are a global Learning and Design firm seeking an outgoing, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with Video Development expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in elevating our brand's presence across digital and traditional platforms. You will contribute to marketing campaigns, social media branding, internal events, and other creative initiatives. Skills: Should have 5 years of proven experience in executing social media and physical marketing campaigns. Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong video development capabilities for social media marketing content (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate CC, Canva, InVideo, and AI-based audio/video generation tools). Creative and possess problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement graphical and video strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and audience across platforms. Assist with planning, designing, and executing marketing campaigns, including flyers, brochures, signage, social media, and event materials. Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment across digital and physical marketing efforts. Research and stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
