Welcome to Modi Builders, a leading construction company in Hyderabad. The firm has many years of experience in the building industry, having built several buildings since inception. Given the immense scope of the housing industry in India, the company has been focusing on promoting a series of large residential townships in several areas of the city. All the ventures promoted by the firm so far have been highly successful. The firm is currently conducting extensive construction activity at various locations in and around Hyderabad. The company has residential projects to the tune of about INR 4000 Crore on hand and is actively negotiating several new projects. Our Company plans to have about 20 million sft of construction with a total value of INR 5000 Crore in the next few months.

Worst builder in the city. We bought an apartment at Emerald Heights with an offer of 2.5 lakhs fully furnished flat. They never provided it and tried bullying by making the stay inconvenient. The build quality was also compromised.

The apartments provided by Modi Builders come with all the necessary amenities and the location is prime. I am the owner of one of the apartment bought from them. It is very beautiful and spacious.

I have purchased 3bhk flat in Modi Builders Paradise with reasonable price, Quality of construction was good. Definitely I'll refer to my friends and family members go ahead with modi builders projects.

Modi builders won't stay on their promises. Construction quality is very poor. Be very careful if any one buying a flat, read all terms and conditions. They will play a blackmail game with terms and conditions in the agreement. Don't trust any oral communication.
