1) Knowledge about the different skill development initiatives and candidate2) Establish network of institutes, organisations and individuals to enroll students for the offered courses.3) To strengthen the mobilization process by helping recruitment and selection of mobilisers at various centers through grass root research and local connects.4) Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution in-line with operation of the center.5) Ensure mobilisation targets are met in given timeline6) New initiatives for finding ways for Mass mobilisation.
