we are dealing with 600 clients as of now. We have Head Office

In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi, Ahmedabad,

Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

• Position: Mobile App Support Executive
• Job Responsibilities:
• Interact with users to understand issues they face with the mobile app
• Identify root causes and document the problems clearly
• Coordinate with the app development team to explain issues and track fixes
• Test the app after updates to ensure everything is functioning as expected
• Prepare simple release notes before each app update
• Learn and understand the StrategicERP product to perform effective RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Local Mumbai-based candidate
• Background in Engineering / IT / Technical fields
• Basic understanding of Android apps and APIs
• Logical thinker with a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills to interact with both users and developers
• Proactive, curious, and capable of taking initiative without waiting for directions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
