Mobile App Developer (IOS + Android)

As a Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for gathering requirements related to functionality and translating them into effective web and mobile solutions. Your tasks will involve designing mobile user interfaces, developing and maintaining websites, and enhancing the overall web and mobile user experience. You will be expected to deliver throughout the entire app lifecycle, from concept and design to building, deploying, testing, releasing to app stores, and providing ongoing support. During the tech scoping stage, you will build prototypes and collaborate with web developers to establish a robust framework that supports both apps and websites. Working closely with front-end developers, you will focus on creating user-friendly interfaces with compelling features tailored for mobile devices. Your role will also include optimizing app and web performance, staying updated on the latest industry trends in mobile and web technologies, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Qualifications/Experience/Competencies: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mobile application development - Proven expertise in desktop and mobile web development - Excellent understanding of information architecture, human-computer interaction, and mobile usability design principles - Successful track record in delivering consumer products - Proficiency in iOS, Android, and HTML 5 application development - Skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX - Knowledge of SQL queries and relational database management systems - Familiarity with MVC Architecture, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) iOS Skills: - Strong object-oriented design and programming skills in Objective-C - Proficiency in iOS SDK components like UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc. - Experience with Xcode Android Skills: - Strong object-oriented design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/J2ME) - Familiarity with the Android SDK and tools like SQLite, MySQL - Knowledge of Eclipse IDE The ideal candidate for this position must be capable of managing the complete lifecycle of mobile app development and providing support to the existing team as needed.,
