Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills, with hands on experience in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, SQL, and automation tools. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our management information systems to support accurate and timely business decisions while driving process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and automate MIS reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems and databases.
Collaborate with various departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized MIS solutions.
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of MIS tools and platforms.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to senior management.
Stay current with MIS best practices, emerging data tools such as AppScript and Google Analytics, and automation trends.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data-management role.
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and automation.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Working knowledge of Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Analytics, AppScript, and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with MIS, FMS, IMS, and PMS systems.
A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly explain data insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines.
Bonus: Experience with scripting and automation, such as AppsScript and SQL scripts, dashboard integrations, and data governance.
