Job Description:

Ramsons Perfumes is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior MIS Executive to join our team in Dombivli East. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Excel and data management, along with basic programming skills to automate and optimize reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain various reports using Excel, Pivot Tables, and Google Sheets.
• Develop and automate data reports using Macros (if possible), App Script, and Java.
• Analyze data and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in data extraction, validation, and reporting for different business functions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and App Script.
• Basic knowledge of Java programming (preferred).
• Understanding of Macros and VBA (added advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Engineering background can be good
• Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields are also encouraged to apply.
