MIS & Automation Lead

As a Senior SQL Developer at Liberty Mutual, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong knowledge of T-SQL programming to develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures. Your primary focus will be on analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements and executing as well as monitoring existing SQL processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining data visualizations and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), as well as enhancing existing SSRS reports. Furthermore, you will design, develop, and maintain ETL packages to load data from various sources using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). You should also be proficient in creating Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations, with knowledge of DAX queries being an added advantage. Designing and implementing SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) tabular models for data analysis will also be within your scope, with knowledge of MDX queries as an added advantage. Collaboration with the MIS Team to support their month-end activities and Ad-Hoc requests will be a key part of your role, as well as involvement in automation projects related to premium and claims through SSIS and SSRS. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the MIS Server and coordinating with the Infrastructure and DBA teams. Key Competencies for this role include expertise in T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI, with a required experience of 10-12 years. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as B.E.I.T., BSc. IT, BCA, or MCA.
