Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Programme Delivery Officer based in Nagpur. The Programme Delivery Officer will manage the day-to-day delivery of our English Language Programmes to schools. Responsibilities include liaising with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of programs, overseeing procurement and supply chain processes, and providing customer service to schools. The role also involves collecting and analyzing data to improve program delivery and efficacy. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our English Language Programmes, and addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of calls, following up on leads, and assisting clients in understanding our offerings. The Telecaller will also collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi Experience in customer service or sales Ability to handle client inquiries and provide detailed information Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Capability to work in a team Bachelor's degree in any field is preferable Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage
