Preferred Experience:

• Supports and documents installation, configuration, capacity planning, upgrading, problem resolution, and debugging of all middleware product environments.

• Coordinates environment configuration activities to ensure integration and alignment with other IT technologies, processes, systems, applications, and environments.

• Documents middleware platforms and related infrastructure with respect to functionality, maintenance, and administration.

• Installs and configures server OS, enterprise software, and middleware services including settings, directories, and storagealigned with standards and project/operational requirements.

• Provides Level 3 technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT resources.

• Self-motivated, independent, and a collaborative team player.

• Collaborate on defining infrastructure standards and contribute to the overall architecture roadmap.

• Participates in technical design, consulting, and documentation of requirements and solutions.

• Assists in installation, configuration, and upgrading of enterprise applications, customizing soft tables and managing environments.

• Recommends and leads improvements to enhance availability and performance.

• Ensures adherence to corporate policies and compliance (e.g., data security, change control).

• Coordinates with engineering, solution vendors, and support teams for problem resolution, design issues, and upgrades.

• Apache Tomcat / Apache HTTPD / Nginx / IIS / Oracle WebLogic / Oracle HTTPD Server

• Unix/Linux & Windows operating systems

• Shell scripting

• Networking concepts

• Perl scripting

• Experience in DevOps, Open Source Middleware tools, and automation development is a
