Role Summary We're seeking a versatile Content & Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll craft compelling content, create visually engaging designs using Canva, and serve as the primary point of contact for select clients. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality written content, including blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, marketing copy, and client reports, aligned with revenue management and image consulting goals. Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, presentations, and visual assets using Canva to support content strategies and client branding initiatives. Act as the primary client liaison, managing communications, gathering feedback, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless project delivery to foster long-term relationships. Collaborate with the other team members to brainstorm ideas, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies for better revenue outcomes and brand enhancement. Monitor trends in revenue management tools (e.g., analytics platforms) and image consulting best practices to keep content and designs fresh and effective. Maintain consistent quality standards, meet deadlines, and adapt to client needs in a fast-paced agency environment. Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or client-facing roles within marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Proven proficiency in content writing with excellent grammar, creativity, and knowledge of SEO/audience engagement principles. Strong skills in Canva for design; familiarity with other tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in client management and relationship building. Understanding of revenue management concepts (e.g., pricing strategies, performance metrics) and image consulting (e.g., branding, personal/corporate image development) is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a collaborative team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, but not necessarily required. Portfolio showcasing content samples and Canva designs required; client engagement examples encouraged.
