I worked here only on first few days as this is a startup company. The staff is good in this company but the seniors expect more if you are working as sales exe in call centre department which completely work in night shift.

HR's in these company tend to act as if they are the CEO and I think HR should learn some good manners how to talk with the candidates who come for the interview. HR are the first point of Contact and they represent the company.
