MEPF site incharge

HOC Hospitality is looking for an on-site incharge to oversee all MEPF(mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting engineering) works in their hotel project at Duari, Rewa, MP. The hotel is slated to be the first 5-star establishment in the city and the only one of its kind. It is a grand project spread over 8 acres with complex engineering given the size of the property and stringent standards and norms. Hence, only serious candidates with experience in hotel projects need apply. Candidate will be responsible for timely and proper execution of work by various contractors engaged on site. These include, HVAC, Fire fighting, Plumbing, all electrical cabling, earthing, ducting works, besides facade lighting and capital equiment installation, etc. Candidate will supervise such said works and tally bills put up by contractors.

It is expressly implied that ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL PROJECTS AND IN SUPERVISING MEPF WORKS NEED APPLY. This is a job with great responsibility. Having worked with PMCs and consultants in the past may be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Are you well versed with line diagram, PERT and coordination skills required for this job?
• Are you comfortable with coordinating civil activity as well(as the MEP and civil works go hand in hand with simultaneous coordination required of the incharge)?
