Job Description

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to create detailed designs and drawings for MEP systems, including fire fighting, public address (PA), electrical (HV/LV), IoT, HVAC, and plumbing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create detailed MEP designs and drawings using software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) 2. Develop and implement design standards and best practices 3. Collaborate with MEP engineers and other stakeholders 4. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards 5. Prepare and review design documents and drawings Requirements: 1. Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering 2. 5-8 years of experience in MEP drafting 3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) 4. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including: - Fire fighting - Public address (PA) systems - Electrical (HV/LV) systems - IoT systems - HVAC systems - Plumbing systems 5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) 2. Knowledge of automation and control systems 3. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
