Role Overview We are hiring a Product Manager – Analytical to manage a strategic portfolio of advanced instrumentation, including: Horiba – Particle Size Analyzers, Raman Spectroscopy, and Optical Spectroscopy Nicoya – Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) platforms for biomolecular interaction studies AES – iCIEF systems for charge heterogeneity and protein characterization The Product Manager will focus on portfolio strategy, business development, and sales enablement, working closely with our Field Application Scientists (FAS) for technical execution. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Own the business strategy and growth plan for Horiba, Nicoya, and AES product lines. Support the sales team in lead generation, customer segmentation, and pricing strategy. Collaborate with FAS for demos, installations, and technical discussions. Build relationships with key biopharma and research customers across India. Coordinate with global principals for training, updates, and commercial alignment. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide positioning and differentiation. Plan and execute marketing initiatives including webinars, workshops, and industry events. Work cross-functionally with service, logistics, and regulatory teams. ⸻ Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biophysics, Chemistry, or related field. 3–6 years of experience with scientific instrumentation (biopharma or analytical focus preferred). Strong understanding of analytical platforms used in biologics characterization. Excellent communication, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel across India.
