Vijaya Diagnostics Limited Location: Pune Position: USG Medical Typist Transcribe ultrasound reports (USG) accurately from dictated recordings or handwritten notes into digital format. Review and verify the accuracy of reports for spelling, grammar, and medical terminology. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations. Organize and manage electronic and paper-based medical records related to USG procedures. Collaborate with radiologists, sonographers, and healthcare professionals to clarify reports as needed. Ensure timely completion and submission of reports to facilitate prompt patient diagnosis and treatment. Assist in maintaining the overall workflow of the radiology department.
