Medical Sales Representative

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the companys pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The primary goal is to increase product awareness, provide product samples, and drive prescriptions or sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the companys pharmaceutical product range to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to inform them about product benefits, uses, and availability.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze territory performance data and competitor activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Submit daily and weekly reports, and keep the CRM system updated.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer skills, including reporting and CRM tools.
