The worst service ever experienced. The staff in front desk is filled with illiterates, they know know how to reduce anything rather than highlighting the case, there is no kind of contact with any senior. Please don't take this policy rather save the money. Looking to take a legal action soon.

They are fraud. They will give you assurance for claim to admit in hospital and then reject claim at the time of discharge
