Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Lucknow. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial reports, budgets, and financial statements. The role includes overseeing accounting operations, coordinating audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing financial strategies. The Finance Manager will also manage cash flows, financial forecasting, and liaise with stakeholders for financial planning and analysis. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial management, financial reporting, and budgeting Proficiency in accounting operations and audit coordination Experience in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Experience in the education or non-profit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred
