Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role at Durgapur Steel Plant in Durgapur, West Bengal, India, you should possess a minimum qualification of an I.T.I. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in running treatment plants. Your responsibilities in this position will include conducting routine checks of mechanical readings, diagnosing the health of equipment and motors to facilitate preventive maintenance, identifying causes and reasons for faults and failures, and promptly executing minor repairs/replacements. This will involve tasks such as reaching, removing, stripping/opening, repairing, and assembling routine mechanical machines/equipment, including piping and valves. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to efficiently address mechanical issues will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the treatment plant.,
