Role Summary: Ensure smooth functioning of all mechanical equipment, from mixers to conveyors. You'll own preventive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment like conveyors, mixers, baggers, vacuum pumps, sealing machines and etc. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules Support machine installation, alignment and upgrades Coordinate with vendors for spares and service Maintain mechanical logs and downtime analysis Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2–5 years of experience in factory or plant maintenance Understanding of motors, gear systems, hydraulics, pneumatics Ability to work hands-on and independently under pressure Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
