Job Description

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sapcon Instruments Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading the company towards new engineering achievements in product development, production processes, and manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include product design, manufacturing process design and control, process improvements, time management, digital transformation in manufacturing, technical support to production, knowledge of product coding and bill of materials, ERP control and maintenance, and overseeing manufacturing shop floor activities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. Effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, deep understanding of Manufacturing ERP, proficiency in 3D design and drawing tools, and familiarity with Python language tools are essential for success in this position. The position offers a gross salary of 15,000 to 30,000 INR per month and is based at Sapcon Instrument Pvt. Ltd. in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
