Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop
3D models
using Autodesk Inventor and create
2D drawingspecial-purpose
using AutoCAD for s machines.
Generate detailed
Bill of Materials (BOM)
and relevant
engineering documentation
.
Work on the
design and detailing
of machines such as furnaces, rolling mills, pickling lines, and robotic cells.
Prepare
bought-out item specifications
in line with project requirements.
Collaborate effectively with
Group Leaders, Engineers, Designers
, and cross-functional teams within Engineering.
Ensure timely execution of
machine design tasks
with a high level of proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
AutoCAD 2D
and
Autodesk Inventor
for 3D modeling.
Must have strong working knowledge of
Fabrication drawings and GD&T
.
Strong hands-on experience in designing
Special Purpose Machinery (SPM)
.
Sound understanding of
mechanical design principles
, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques.
Experience in preparing technical documentation and
engineering specifications
.
Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
