Mechanical Design Engineer (Medical Domain)

The role of Mechanical Design Engineer involves overseeing the complete mechanical design process, starting from generating concepts and creating 3D models to fabricating prototypes and refining the final product. Proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks or Creo, a deep understanding of materials and manufacturing techniques (comprising injection molding and 2-shot molding), and the ability to design IP-rated enclosures are key requirements for this position. The candidate must also possess knowledge of DFM/DFA principles, expertise in thermal and structural analysis, and ensure adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate should have a notice period ranging from immediate availability to 30 days and be based in Bangalore with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the medical domain.
