About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced MBBS, MD professional to take on the leadership role of Centre Head at our state-of-the-art multi-specialty healthcare centres located in Vaishali, Nawada, and Najafgarh. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep commitment to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the centre
• Lead and coordinate the team of doctors, nursing staff, and support personnel
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based medical care
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement service improvement strategies
• Liaise with management to drive growth and efficiency of the centre
• Support and guide team members in difficult clinical decision-making when needed

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS with MD (in any clinical specialty) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years of post-PG clinical and/or administrative experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with multi-disciplinary clinic setups

Working Hours: Full Time (On-site)
Remuneration: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
