Role & responsibilities The selected mechanical engineer will be placed in either the Production, or Quality, or Engineering Department at MB Metallic Bellows. The individual will function under the guidance of the manager and will be responsible for performing the tasks of shop floor supervision, quality control, project management, structural/pressure part design calculations based on which department he gets placed. This is a permanent position and the employee will be part of the company staff/roll. The candidate needs to be able to document and write in English and should be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Email. 1. In Production, Supervise fabrication by giving instructions to workers, monitoring progress and training helpers to weld, form, test manufactured parts 2. In Quality, Perform dimension checking, Visual inspection and document internal records and customer inspection reports 3. In Engineering, develop technical and commercial quotes for customers by designing pressure parts, structural items, fittings 4. In Projects, travel to customer sites to solve problems, carry out failure analysis, perform reverse engineering Preferred candidate profile 1) Knowledge in Fundamentals of Thermodynamics, Strength of Materials, Engineering Design, Physics & Maths 2) Completed Internships in Welding, Machining, Pressing 3) Possess Quality Certification relating to NDT, Welding, Quality systems 4) Undertaken Academic Paper/Projects in Welding, Pressing, Automation 5) Obtained Above 80% in Class X, XII Maths and above CGPA 8/10 in Undergraduate Degree program 6) Have Exposure to Autocad and/or Engineering Drawing principles

Job responsibilities of Stores Management 1. To ensure safe custody of all materials received by the company by securing all the storage areas. 2. To ensure cleanliness of material storage areas and ensure all materials are tagged with GRN #s and carry correct labels of name, batch. Shelves should be labeled and stacked in an orderly fashion to enable ease of issuance of material and stock taking 3. To be accountable for all the materials received and or owned by the company by maintaining the registers for receipts, issues and having updated balances of material on hand. Ensuring materials are issued only against MRS/Job orders signed by production supervisors/authorized signatories. 4. To take physical verification of stocks atleast twice a year. 5. To alert the Works in charge and CFO in the event of missing materials or portable machines in the safekeeping of stores. 6. To provide accurate monthly stock statement to Management and accounts before 5th of the following month. 7. To ensure adequate stock of regular consumables related to our operations are maintained and production is not halted due to non availability of the same. 8. To check the availability of materials against the indents of the monthly production schedule and follow up with Purchase to ensure that materials arrive on time and production is not disrupted. 9. To support the purchase function by providing accurate data on material availability to ensure excess stocks are not purchased. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
