Industry: Exhibitions Only (Europe & USA) Experience: 2–4 years in the exhibitions industry Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month Joining: Immediate preferred About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development – Assistant Manager with a strong background in the exhibitions industry . The ideal candidate will have experience handling international markets, specifically the USA and Europe , and should be highly organized, motivated, and flexible with work timings. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert exhibition-related business opportunities in international markets, especially USA and Europe. Engage with clients to understand briefs, develop proposals, and close deals effectively. Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Follow up consistently with leads and inquiries to maintain a strong sales pipeline. Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, lead status, and client communications. Stay updated with international exhibition trends and requirements across different countries. Support senior management in strategic planning and client development. Requirements: 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development within the exhibitions industry. Strong understanding of exhibition project cycles, booth design proposals, and international exhibiting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of lead generation, pitching, and closing deals. Must be flexible to work across USA and European time zones . Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client requirements efficiently. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems. Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners preferred.
