Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic fresh graduates to join our team as Maths Trainers for young learners (Classes 17). This multifaceted role involves training students in core arithmetic concepts through Abacus, Vedic Math, and scientific memory-building techniques. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive and engaging math sessions. Use creative tools such as beads, flashcards, games, and mental strategies to teach arithmetic operations and cognitive skills. Create and deliver structured lesson plans and practice materials tailored to each learning level. Introduce scientific memory methods like mnemonics, mind mapping, and visualization to strengthen mathematical retention. Monitor and assess students’ academic progress through regular assessments and feedback sessions. Lead math workshops, group activities, and interactive learning sessions to enhance student engagement. Offer ongoing guidance and practice support to help students build strong mathematical foundations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed or background in Math/Science preferred). Genuine interest in teaching mathematics to children and making it enjoyable. Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management abilities. Ability to explain math concepts in a clear, simplified, and creative manner. Patience, enthusiasm, and a learner-friendly teaching style. Note: Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to Tumkur. Why Join Us?
