Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years in the Social Work Sector

Key Responsibilities:

• CSR Project Planning & Fundraising
• Government Schemes: Tracking latest schemes, proposal preparation & application formalities
• Work in Divyang Ashrams, Counselling & Informal Education Initiatives
• Tree Plantation, Soil & Water Conservation Projects
• Project Implementation: Technical & Commercial Clearances
• Target-based Planning and Execution
• Monitoring, Reporting & Growth Planning

Candidate Profile:

• MSW Degree from recognized institute
• Hands-on experience in field-level execution & documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of rural development, CSR norms, and govt. schemes
• Capable of handling multiple stakeholders and timelines
