Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand promotion within the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and identifying potential leads through online channels, social media, and industry databases.
• Help with initial outreach to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
• Support the team by entering and maintaining lead data in the CRM system, ensuring records are up to date.
• Assist in qualifying leads based on basic criteria and help pass on high-quality leads to the sales team for further engagement.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help align lead-generation efforts and learn effective strategies.
• Help send follow-up communications to leads, keeping them engaged in the sales process.
• Participate in training sessions to understand lead generation best practices and enhance your sales skills.
• Assist in tracking lead generation metrics and reporting performance to help optimize outreach strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Probation Period: 2 months
• Salary During Probation: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month
• Post-Probation CTC: ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000/year

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
