Marketing Head

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead and execute the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital and offline marketing, team management, campaign execution, and brand positioningpreferably in interior design, lifestyle, or real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns. Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Plan and oversee content creation, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and ROI of campaigns; create monthly reports. Organize and manage events, brand collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives. Build and lead a team of marketing professionals and external vendors. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4-5+ years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.
