Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to support our school outreach and sales initiatives. This role involves engaging with schools, promoting Organisation's offerings, handling lead calls, managing CRM updates, and assisting in event coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Outreach & Lead Conversion

  • Make outbound sales calls to schools and potential leads.

  • Promote offerings such as Olympiads, workshops, and teacher training programmes.

  • Share brochures, product details, and registration processes with leads.

  • Convert leads into registrations or partnerships through consistent follow-ups.

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date records in the CRM.

2. School Partnership Support

  • Reach out to new schools to explore partnerships.

  • Assist in on boarding and maintaining communication with existing school partners.

  • Coordinate introductory calls, meetings, or email campaigns with schools.

3. Event Coordination

  • Coordinate with schools for participation in STTAR events like Olympiads, workshops, and conferences.

  • Share event details, support schools with the registration process, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution.

4. CRM Management & Reporting

  • Ensure all leads, call logs, and follow-up activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

  • Update lead status regularly and maintain an organized database.

  • Share weekly updates with the team on outreach activities and progress.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Collect and share feedback from schools about their needs, preferences, and pain points.

  • Report insights on competitor offerings or trends observed during interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Education, or related field

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or outreach (preferably in the education sector)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to make persuasive sales calls and follow-ups

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets

  • Self-driven and organized with a team-oriented approachRole & responsibilities
