Job Description

Candidate must have 8-10 years experience in B2B Lead Generation for Industrial Products , EPC Projects, Automation Products , heavy machinery / capital goods, Robot systems / Automation systems to Manufacturing companies. Engineering degree and experience in Industrial Products Marketing B2B marketing is required. Role Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Management: 2. Content Creation and Content Management: 3. Communication: Required Experience: 10 years proven experience in Marketing and lead generation in B2B industrial products. Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in Industrial products / EPC projects for manufacturing companies and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems and ERP systems Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team. Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets. Required Skills: Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills. Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude. Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools. Experience of Salesforce would be preferred, but not essential. Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize, as necessary. Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking, listening, and writing skills. Willingness to travel and work with global professionals.
