Marketing Communications Intern

As a Marketing & Communications Intern at ByteCitadel, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping college life through dip, the flagship platform designed to enhance community, expression, and discovery for students across India. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the Campus Ambassador Program and providing support to the production team during ad shoot days. Your key areas of ownership will be: College Outreach: - Establish scalable channels in colleges using existing leads - Explore opportunities to broaden our outreach within individual colleges - Gather regular feedback and reports from users - Maintain effective communication with college users Student Ambassador Program: - Identify and recruit student ambassadors from active colleges - Maintain consistent communication and support outreach initiatives - Monitor progress, encourage engagement, and ensure brand visibility on campuses Campaign & Shoot Coordination: - Collaborate in Dip ad shoots by coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution - All shoot activities will be scheduled within your working hours We are seeking a candidate who: - Possesses excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Demonstrates a deep understanding of campus culture and student preferences - Can effectively handle remote outreach and actively participate in creative campaigns - Is adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously In return, you will receive a monthly stipend ranging from 8,000 to 10,000, which includes a 1,000 travel allowance. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, access mentorship, gain insights into marketing and production, and receive a certificate upon successful completion.
