Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive with a background in Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering to join our team. This role involves building client relationships, driving sales, and supporting marketing campaigns to expand our business reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Management
• Identify and reach out to potential clients, expanding our customer base.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and meet sales targets.

• Marketing Support
• Assist with marketing campaigns that highlight our products’ technical features.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product information in marketing materials.

• Lead Generation & Follow-Up
• Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, and client meetings.
• Represent the company at industry events to build client connections.

• Reporting & Feedback
• Track sales and marketing results, providing feedback for improvement.
• Report on campaign and sales performance to management.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic & communication engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
