Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Identifies and implements advanced or complex digital design manufacturing solutions using data, models and simulations. Leads, co-leads, or advises manufacturing teams. Demonstrates advanced comprehensive manufacturing knowledge for the application of digital tools.
Applies comprehensive knowledge or use of digital technology as it applies to manufacturing in a wide range of work situations. Uses data, models, and simulations to virtually analyze manufacturing systems to reduce risks and timing.Applies the use of prognostics in the applications of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and product quality.Integrates the total impact of digital manufacturing technology as it applies to advanced or new manufacturing solutions for a safe environment while balancing cost, quality, and delivery.Develops and leads either large or complex projects.Develops and drives standardization for manufacturing. Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Significant relevant work experience required, including manufacturing or manufacturing plant experience and leadership of a large project or multiple projects.Working with TCL1, Dewas & Pithampur for IIOT deployment
