Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Facility Manager based in New Delhi with some work from home flexibility. The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of company facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety compliance, managing vendor relationships, addressing maintenance issues, coordinating with staff, and implementing facility improvement projects to provide a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Facility Management, Maintenance, and Operations skills Experience with Health and Safety regulations and compliance Vendor Management and Negotiation skills Project Management and Problem-Solving skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager) are a plus
