The Primo by Mann & Salwa is a new hospitality venue opening soon in Ahmedabad, featuring a banquet space and three unique restaurants offering Asian Peruvian, North African Levantine, and Progressive Indian cuisines. We are looking for creative and service-focused Beverage Bartenders to lead our non-alcoholic beverage program across the restaurants. The Role: Beverage Bartender As a Beverage Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an exceptional range of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, craft sodas, iced teas, cold brews, juices, and zero-proof cocktails. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience with visually appealing, thoughtfully balanced drinks that complement each cuisine. We are looking for experienced and motivated Restaurant Captains to lead our service teams on the floor. As a Captain, you will supervise 3–4 Servers, ensure high standards of guest service, and be responsible for the smooth coordination of all front-of-house operations during service. The Role: Captain As a Captain, you will serve as the key link between the guests, your service team, and the kitchen. You will oversee the dining area during service, manage table assignments, support Servers, and resolve any guest concerns to ensure a seamless dining experience.
