You will be expected to be knowledgeable across the client's entire portfolio of hardware, software, and services to ensure positive interactions with the client. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in Mandarin Language, have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience in a contact center, operations, or voice process, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas), have flexibility to work on Saturdays and in a 24/5 support environment, and have experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Quote to Cash (preferred).
