Job Title: Permission Supervisor – RWA Society Permissions (Recce, Events & Promotions) Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Permission Supervisor to manage and secure permissions from RWAs and society committees for conducting recce (site inspections), events, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for relationship management, documentation, and timely acquisition of all required permissions to ensure smooth execution of marketing and brand activation plans. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and list target RWAs and societies as per brand/event requirements. ● Approach RWA management committees to present proposals for events, activations, and promotional activities. ● Secure necessary written permissions for recce, installation, setup, and execution of events and promotional activities. ● Maintain a calendar of permission expiry/renewal dates and ensure timely follow-ups. ● Coordinate with internal teams (event, marketing, logistics) for recce scheduling and permissions. ● Negotiate terms, if any, with society committees, including space rentals or usage guidelines. ● Ensure all RWA rules and regulations are adhered to during activations. ● Maintain proper documentation of all permissions, agreements, and communications. ● Troubleshoot and resolve on-ground issues related to permissions or society regulations during events. ● Build long-term relationships with key society decision-makers for future collaborations. Requirements: ● Proven experience in obtaining permissions for events, promotions, or real estate projects (preferred). ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Well-versed with local languages and cultures (advantageous). ● Strong organizational and documentation skills. ● Ability to travel locally to different societies/RWAs. ● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
