Role & responsibilities: Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for the stores Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store Conduct Store visit to ensure guideline are met Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result in line with the campaign themes Act in alignment with the brand marketing plans, campaigns and category marketing plans Monitor costs and work within the budget Oversee the production and execution Liaise with suppliers and support in quality execution Point of purchase display design and execution Agency Development & Coordination Develop & implement Nation & zonal based VM Strategies Conceptualizing & execution Local promotion Collaboration with cross function to enhance customer experience Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends Preferred candidate profile: Demonstrate visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices Creative and innovative thinker Qualification and Experience: Bachelor Design/Art/Fashion Degree NIFT /Pearl Masters degree in Marketing or a related field with a focus on marketing Visual Merchandising with exposure of 7-10 year
