Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design of test loop for Special Pumps projects and special pumps. Preparation of drawings of testing arrangement for different type of tests to be conducted on Special Pumps projects special pumps. Design and Calculation of Special Pumps pump / test loop. Preparation and release of various technical specification for bearings, mechanical seal, heater, heat exchanger, valves, instruments etc. Proposal preparation and drawings checking of Special Pumps pump / test loop. Execution of Testing of Special Pumps projects and Special pumps. Preparation and client approval of test procedures for Special Pumps pump. Preparation of testing record and results after testing of pump. Special Pumps projects testing documentation as per BARC requirements. Development of special Nuclear Pumps jointly with NPCIL for nuclear power plants. Preparation of Bill of material and SAP processing for Special Pumps projects and special projects. Preparation of 3-D model of Test layout and pump components. Preparation of HPHT Test procedures for Special Pumps projects. Review and check of IMS, EHS & EnMS manual. Implementation of IMS, EHS and EnMS in R&D dept. Windchill implementation and controlling in R&D department. Selection of scale ratio for sump model study, based on HIS standard. Review and checking of Prototype drawing and testing arrangement drawing for sump model study. Swirl angle, screen size Reynolds and Weber number calculations for sump model study. Checking and review of fabrication drawing and Individual components drawing related to sump model. Internal and witness testing of sump model as per customer requirement for sump model study. Report checking and review; submission for customer approval of sump model study. Inventory management of R&D department. Material management for R&D department. Preferred candidate profile Design of special / Nuclear pumps Design and execution of special pumps LPLT test loop. Design and execution of special pumps HPHT test loop Creo, Auto CAD, Autodesk inventor, Navisworks modeling and drawing. SAP processing of BOM for R&D projects Physical Sump model design, test arrangement, client witness testing and report approval. Lead team for results and achieve targets. Support other functions for improve the organization bottom line. Master planning of department level project and very smooth execution to achieve target easiest way. Expert in Man, material and time management.
