Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, lead and execute projects for the implementation/onboarding clients for compliance program across domains and industries.
Take up delivery and financial targets and be responsible for on-time and accurate delivery of projects.
Provide functional leadership and manage a team of lawyers and technology professionals.
Accountable for content, delivery and support teams.
Ensuring delivery management processes implementation and status reporting.
Ensuring prompt identification and resolution of delivery issues and accountability for resolving escalated issues according to governance escalation procedures.
Responsible for People Development, Capacity planning, Delivery Management, and Client Communication
Providing training on compliance tool.
Document compliance-related processes and maintain records.
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and developments in the regulatory environment.
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors/masters degree in law or Company Secretary
An accredited qualification in regulatory and compliance assurance will be advantageous.

Job Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and governing laws.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
