Manager - SAP (SD/MM) and SAP (PP) . US shift

Role & responsibilities

1. For SD/MM Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the new requirements and support of SAP SD & MM modules, during US time zone.
• Perform SD/MM process transactions, like creation of Master data, PO, SO, Invoicing and so.
• Close coordination with business users to address day-to-day issues and new requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements.
• Design, configure and testing of SD related processes.
• Document functional design, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Competencies:

• Hands on experience on SD module configuration and customizations on S/4 HANA is must.
• Hands on experience on MM module configuration and customizations on S/4 HANA is an advantage.
• Must have SD/MM modules support experience of few years.
• Must have two end-to-end SAP Implementation Projects experience in manufacturing domain.
• Good knowledge of sales and Purchase processes, domestic and export. US process knowledge is an advantage.
• CS Module experience is an advantage.
• Understanding on Variant Configuration is an advantage.
• Automotive / Capital Goods Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
• Open to work in US time zone, is must.

2. For PP Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the new requirements and support of SAP PP Module, during US time zone.
• Perform PP process transactions, like creation of Master data, Material, BOM, Routing, Production Order and also support for MM & SD modules master data creation.
• Close coordination with US business users to address day-to-day issues and new requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Experience on MRP is a must & will be responsible for MRP improvements.
• Identify, validate, document business requirements and design, configure and test PP processes.
• Document functional design, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Competencies:

• Hands on experience on PP module configuration and customizations on S/4 HANA.
• Must have PP modules support experience of few years. US client support is an advantage.
• Automotive/Capital Goods Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Variant Configuration experience will have advantage.
• Must have 1 end-to-end SAP Implementation Projects experience in manufacturing domain.
• Good English communication is must.
• Open to work in US time zone is must.

Preferred candidate profile

• B. Tech in Computer Science /MCA from reputed institute. SAP SD/MM/ PP certification will be an added advantage.
• 6+ years of relevant experience
