Role & responsibilities Electrical design and development. To perform the development activities in machines for the feature addition, cost reduction and performance improvement. Preparing electrical circuitry, Bill of Material (BOM/BOQ) , cable schedule and other designing documents. To support production against changes in design and implementing new developments etc, as standard in scheme. To support service team for getting them understand the new design, changes, and modifications in design and to troubleshoot the customers problem. This may require travelling to customers site also. To prepare design documents and design notes for various agencies against the new design change and proposals for references. Lab testing as well as active (prototype) testing of all kind of changes against new development and design change, including software change. Meeting specific customized requirements from electrical design side. Alternate component sourcing and solutions for the product . Preferred candidate profile Awareness of software, preferably B&R system for the machines and application. Knowledge of EPLAN / CAD (E) software preferred .
