1. Inbound Tour Operations: visiting FTO on regular basis, Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of inbound tours , ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction. 2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, and attractions. 3. Itinerary Planning: Create customized itineraries for inbound tourists, considering factors like budget, interests, and travel style. 4. Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with inbound tours, ensuring profitability and competitiveness. 5. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of tour coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
